Shipping policy

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working day of purchase. You can cancel an order by emailing support@demarcollectif.com with your order details. There is a 2 hour window after your order has been placed to allow you to cancel. After that time, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled. Delivery times vary based on selected shipping rates. Standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states takes 4–7 business days to arrive; expedited shipping should arrive within 2–3 business days.
