1. When Will My Order Ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 working day of purchase.
2. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
I accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and Debit Card.
3. How Do I Cancel An Order?
You can cancel an order by emailing support@demarcollectif.com with your order details. There is a 2 hour window after your order has been placed to allow you to cancel. After that time, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.

4. What if my address is wrong?
Simply contact me at support@demarcollectif.com with your order details and the correct shipping address within 5 hours of placing your order. After this period, I may not be able to change the address.

5. Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, we will send you an email with the tracking number included.

6. Do you accept returns?
You may return unmodified WaterSaks within 30 days of purchase provided it is unused. I do not provide return shipping at this time.
Modified WaterSaks and all other items are non-refundable.
7. How Long Does Shipping take?
Your order will be processed within 1 business day, but delivery times vary based on selected shipping rates. Standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states takes 4–7 business days to arrive; expedited shipping should arrive within 2–3 business days.
